These terms and conditions must be read and understood before you register as a member
| 1 | The purpose of LAJ MARRIAGE BUREAU INTERNATIONAL (Bureau) is to introduce suitable partners to men and women wishing to marry. |

| 2 | In view of the fact that particulars passed on by the Bureau are based on those given and stated to be true by the clients/parents, etc. themselves, responsibility cannot be accepted by the Bureau for any possible incorrectness or results thereof. |

| 3 | All communications by the Bureau are by post/email/phone. |

| 4 | The Bureau reserves the right to refuse an application for Registration or to strike a client off the register without giving any reason to safeguard the interest, integrity and reputation of the Bureau and its clients. |

| 5 | Clients must satisfy themselves as to the bona fides of those to whom they are introduced as despite the care taken in accepting clients and in making introductions, the Bureau will not hold itself responsible for any claim which may arise in any case. |

| 6 | The Bureau reserves the right to amend or change any Term and Condition without notice. |

| 7 | Registration of Marriage between two clients shall be deemed to have taken place due to Bureau's introductions. |

| 8 | Marriage Settlement Fee is payable even though Registration of Marriage has taken place after the expiry of the membership period. |

| 9 | Introductions are confidential and for Bureau's members only. If the information supplied by the Bureau to a member becomes known to a non-member and that results in marriage, the member, parents, etc. who have signed the Registration Form shall be deemed to have passed on that information to the non-member, and as such, shall have to pay to the Bureau Membership Fees of the non-member concerned. |

| 10 | Members should inform the Bureau forthwith when the marriage between them has been registered and pay to the Bureau the Marriage Settlement Fee within 7 days of Registration of Marriage, failing which a surcharge shall be levied from each defaulting member as follows: £25 if the payment is not paid within 21 days; £50 if the payment is not paid within 90 days. |
